As you may know, our beloved keyboard player, Jack Martin, is battling cancer for the second time. His bandmates in Friends Of The Phamily are dedicating our ” Wednesday Evening at the Farm with FOTP ” on June 13th to Jack, with all money collected from ticket sales going to help defray Jack’s medical expenses. Please join us that evening in support of one of our area’s finest musicians by helping us to celebrate “Jammin With Jack”

Additionally, we have set up this fundraiser for anyone unable to attend but wanting to help Jack out. As Jack isn’t able to play much right now, he has living expenses, transportation costs, and medical bills aplenty.

*Please note that it is set up through paypal for simplicity. If you do not have a paypal account associated with the email you enter, you can still complete a donation by advancing to the next screen and creating a paypal account by entering a card number and setting a password.

**Also note that the amount you submit to support the chuffed.org website can be edited to be less than it automatically fills in. Simply click “edit” next to that amount on the right and change it to your liking.
